Here a a few pictures of ABC when they had spent the night with Gigi!

~Super Heroes~

I put all 2 cause I can never narrow it down and I an never get one of all 3 looking and smiling at the same time!

This melted my heart cause they all wanted their 'capes' on and kept running through the house yelling 'to infinity and beyond"! I love just being here with them making sweet memories just like this!

Brock's 1st & 2nd visits to the dentist

Brock had is very 1st check up at the dentist a couple weeks ago and he did awesome! I was afraid he'd be scared or not cooperate since it was such a new experience! He totally surpassed my expectations!

He was such a big boy and did exactly what the hygienist asked, and it probably didnt hurt that she is very pretty! :)

Here are a few pictures from his 1st visit

All clean! He was so proud of his newly cleaned teeth!!

We had to make another trip back to the dentist the next week :(  He had a cavity that needed to be filled.
The doctor decided not to give a shot for fear it would traumatize him more than just putting the filling in. I was so worried because I HATE the dentist! I always have and it hasn't changed since I've become an adult! I still get the butterflies and squeeze my hands together so tight that my knuckles turn white every time I go, even for a cleaning!
Danielle LOVES the dentist, but I swear its cause they gave her the gas every time she went! (I'd probably like it too if I had been given the gas when I was little!)

Anyways, back to Brock! They numbed his gums with a topical cream and once he was numb, they got to work! I was sitting with my hands gripped together with sweat pouring out cause I was so afraid that at any minute, he would feel pain from all the drilling! But, much to my surprise, he never flinched! He was such a brave big boy! I was so proud of him!

And he loved it cause all the ladies there thought he was so sweet! Which I will say, he was on his BEST manners that day and was so polite to everyone there!

Here are the pictures from that visit!

Waiting to get started

All smiles!

I am so happy that I have not given my fear of the dentist to Brock, and I plan to keep it that way!!!

Sew happy!!

I have absolutely fallen in LOVE with sewing! I never thought in a million years that I would enjoy, much less love sewing!

I went to Just Sew Studio! and made a dress in August and I then I went to another class a couple weekends ago. I made another dress this time, with LOTS of help from Mrs. Mary-of course. We made a skirt from fabric that we chose and then sewed a tank top onto it to make a one-piece dress. Then we added a ruffle to the tank-top neckline with some left over fabric

Here is my finished product! (Excuse the quality of the picture, Brock took it with my iphone!)

I bought the belt at a little boutique type shop on the square in Gainesville. I am in LOVE with this dress!

I was so in love, that I went to Joann's on Monday and bought more fabric and then got another tank from Old Navy and made 2 more dresses!! One for me, and one for my mom!

Here is one of the dresses that I made for mom and myself on Monday!

I also watched several videos on youtube and covered to pillows! I wanted to learn how to do pillows so I could make some for gifts for Christmas!

I am SEW :) happy that I finally have something that I can do that is just for me!! It really is so relaxing to sit down and figure out how to make something and be proud of my finished product!

I will keep you posted on any future projects!

First Day of School 2011-Hopewell Baptist Church Preschool

Brock has gone to our church's preschool since he was two. It has been great for him and for me! He loves school and it allows me to work with my mom for a few hours while he's at school.

He is in Pre-K this year and he goes 4 days a week! Its so hard to believe my baby will be in Kindergarten next year! Andi and Cooper turned 2 in April and we decided it would be good for them to start to 'school' too. They go 3 days a week. They get plenty of interaction with kids at church since its our home-away-from-home, but we still thought this would help too. We love that the curriculum is Bible-based, and love hearing all 3 of them talk about what they learn about Jesus every day!

I get sad leaving them, but I know it is good for them and me right now! We have entertained the idea of homeschooling them but still are uncertain that's what God wants us to do. I think it's about time me and Brian start really praying about God's will concerning their schooling.

Anyways... Here are their pictures from their 1st day!

New Thirty-One lunch boxes!

From Diaper bag...

...to book bags

Coop is not a morning person- He takes after his Mommy!

Please stop Mommy!

Total meltdown cause I was snapping away with the camera!

He was better once we moved to the front porch

Sweet angel!

Happy about the first day of school

Still not sure what all the fuss is about!

Checking out his new lunch box!

What is all this stuff??

So HAPPY!!

My 3 little stinkers!

They all had to walk in by themselves!

Ok, mom thats enough of me walking now!!!

Sitting at their seats!

Loving her sucker!

They were totally fine with me leaving once they opened their goody bags from Mrs. Pam!

The big Pre-K boy at his seat!

Cheese mama!!

I am loving that Brock is learning scriptures everyday and he is like a little sponge soaking it all in! And I am hoping that Mrs. Pam has the same success with Andi & Cooper as she did with here students last year-she had all her students potty-trained by December! I don't them to grow up but not changing diapers would be kinda nice!

Macy's wedding

My cousin Macy got married on August 20th and Brock was the ring bearer! I swear he could be a professional! He loved very minute of it! I sadly, didn't get a single picture of the gorgeous bride and handsome groom, but I guess my focus was ALL on Brock!

Me and Brock had a little photo shoot of our own before the wedding.
He LOVES wearing a tux, he thinks he is HOT stuff!
But I must warn you, he loves to cross his eyes in pictures, its like 'his thing'. I told him he could do some silly ones if he took some good pictures too!

So happy to have on his tux!

Sweet smile

I told him to make a serious face

Posing with his water!

Crazy eyes

There he goes again!

I could just eat him up!

Brock and Mackenzie. She was such an adorable flower girl! Her and Brock were precious together and loved holding hands with each other!

Brock with Gigi & Moe!

Those were the only pictures I was able to get with my camera of Brock during the wedding :( Next time I will be sure to take my bigger lens!
